Who We Are

SolopreneurPhysician provides virtual administrative staffing information and consultation services for independent physician practices. Questions about this policy or a privacy request may be sent to [email protected].

Data We Collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the name, email address, referral source, message, form source, and unique submission identifier you provide. ACR also processes the IP address and user agent required to route and protect that request. If you separately allow optional analytics, ACR processes a session identifier, requested path, event time, basic page or funnel events, IP address, browser user agent, and browser language. Analytics event details do not include your consultation-form name, email address, or message.

Cookies, Session Storage, and Local Storage

Optional analytics is off until you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, the site stores your choice in local storage and a session identifier in session storage so events within that browser session can be related. Selecting “Decline,” blocking storage, or enabling Global Privacy Control prevents optional analytics. These choices do not prevent consultation delivery or use of the site. You can clear the saved choice through browser storage settings to be asked again.

To respond to consultation requests and provide requested information.
To route a confirmed inquiry to the appropriate team workflow.
To schedule calls, when you choose to use the booking tool.
To maintain site security, prevent spam, diagnose failures, and avoid duplicate submissions.

Legal Bases

Depending on where you live, processing is based on your request to take steps before a service engagement, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, consent where required for optional storage or analytics, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Service Providers and Recipients

We use service providers only for defined operational purposes:

ACR analytics and routing service receives confirmed consultation details server-side so the inquiry can be recorded and routed. It receives optional consented site events through our first-party proxy only after analytics consent.
OnceHub provides the optional embedded scheduling experience and processes the information you enter into its booking interface under its own privacy terms.
Hosting and delivery providers process network and server information needed to serve and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not authorize processors to use inquiry data for their independent marketing.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only for as long as needed to respond, administer a potential or active business relationship, resolve delivery or security issues, and satisfy legal obligations. Security and analytics records are kept for the shortest period supported by the applicable operational configuration. Data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed. You may request the applicable retention period for your record.

Security

We use transport encryption, access controls, input validation, rate limiting, idempotency controls, restricted service-provider access, and security monitoring. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so you should send only the minimum business information needed for the inquiry.

International Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable, transfers are handled using contractual or other legally recognized safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request.

Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing the site’s local storage and selecting “Decline” when asked again. Global Privacy Control is treated as a denial of optional analytics. This business service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
